High School students from the Portland Waldorf school hosted a camp for home school and School of Salish students at Four Winds on Orcas Island. Activities included music, art, games, nature, and lots of of fun!

Thank you and farewell Patricia

Patricia, who was interning this last month from Rudolph Steiner College, will be returning to Oakland this weekend. We would like to give her a big thanks for all her hard work and generosity. For those of you who did not get a chance to meet her, she will be returning to Orcas this summer.

School of the Salish Sea hosted its first big fund raising event and it was a great success and well attended. Thank you so much to Maria and Learner for spearheading the event and all the amazing decorators and bakers.
This was a family friendly event and the craft table was a huge hit. Thanks to Dennis, Jude and Joel for keeping the kids content and happy making books and Valentines.
The beautiful Learner and Maria led everyone in a night of Salsa!
